Amanat Keruen Brings Free Health and Career Services to Rural Kazakhstan

A new social initiative called Amanat Keruen has launched in East Kazakhstan Region. The campaign aims to bring essential services directly to rural communities, offering medical checks, career advice, and government support in one place. The first event took place in Samarsky District, where residents received free health screenings. Specialists from the Ust-Kamenogorsk Oncology and Surgery Center conducted medical examinations, while ophthalmologists from Astana Vision clinic provided vision tests using modern equipment.

The campaign also featured HIV/AIDS prevention outreach and career guidance for high school graduates. Representatives from various organisations offered consultations on government services, social support, entrepreneurship, and grants. Zarina Kamasova, head of Amanat party’s women’s wing and director of Astana Vision clinic, stressed the importance of such initiatives in rural areas. Zhanat Mekeeva, chair of Amanat party’s East Kazakhstan regional branch, echoed this sentiment, calling the project vital for improving local living standards. Local residents welcomed the initiative, praising its convenience and the range of services provided in a single event.

The Amanat Keruen campaign will run from May to July, visiting districts across East Kazakhstan Region. Organisers plan to cover all settlements, ensuring broader access to public services and practical assistance for rural communities.
