NESTLÉ Philippines has relaunched its Wellness Campus program in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd). The initiative aims to promote healthy living among public school students through education and engaging activities. It officially began on 17 June 2026. The program runs from 8 June 2026 to 30 April 2027. It targets students aged 7 to 17, covering Grades 1 to 10 across nine regions in the Philippines. Activities include nutrition education, the Dancercise program, and inter-school competitions with cash prizes for winners.

DepEd Davao regional director Allan Farnazo highlighted the program’s role in supporting student learning by focusing on nutrition and health. Charisma Sy, the Nestlé Wellness Campus program lead, added that the initiative encourages holistic well-being, including mental health and cultural values. White Charcoal Management Inc. President Pat Goc-ong noted that the program turns nutrition lessons into interactive school events.

The partnership between DepEd-Davao and Nestlé has already strengthened wellness efforts in the region. Schools have reported better performance and higher student participation as a result. The Wellness Campus program seeks to create lasting healthy habits among students. These habits are intended to foster healthier communities and improve learning outcomes. The initiative combines education, physical activity, and competitive events to achieve its goals.
