Kazakhstan’s health revolution gains momentum by 2025’s end
Kazakhstan has witnessed a growing trend in health-conscious living by the end of 2025. More people are focusing on disease prevention, regular exercise, and balanced diets. Official figures now show a noticeable rise in those adopting healthier habits.
By the close of 2025, 35.7% of Kazakhs followed healthy lifestyle principles. This marked a 1.5% increase from the previous year, reflecting a steady shift in public health behavior.
To support this change, health schools have been established across the country. These educational platforms, based in healthcare facilities, teach people how to maintain and improve their well-being. In outpatient clinics alone, 4,719 such schools operated, reaching over 1.66 million participants.
Hospitals also played a role, with 380 health schools serving 253,352 attendees. The combined effort suggests a structured approach to promoting long-term health awareness.
The rise in health school attendance aligns with the growing percentage of Kazakhs embracing healthier choices. With 35.7% now adhering to these principles, the country’s focus on prevention and education appears to be gaining ground. The data highlights a measurable shift in public health engagement.
