A new fitness and rehabilitation centre, Matterhorn Fit, has opened in Fort Lauderdale. This elite facility brings advanced training methods, originally designed for elite athletes, to the local community. The centre is now welcoming clients with free initial assessments until March 2026.

The centre was co-founded by Olympian Steven Kampfer and his wife, Tara Kampfer. Their approach, called the 'Matterhorn Method,' focuses on diagnosing, reconnecting, and strengthening muscle neural pathways. This structured process aims to improve movement and reduce long-term pain.

Matterhorn Fit uses protocols developed for professional athletes and Olympians. Clients can expect noticeable results quickly—many report significant pain reduction within just two weeks. The facility's methods are designed to help both high-level competitors and everyday individuals recover and perform better.

To introduce their services, the centre is offering complimentary first evaluations. This promotion runs until the end of March 2026, giving new clients a chance to experience the programme without upfront costs.

The opening of Matterhorn Fit provides Fort Lauderdale residents with access to elite-level rehabilitation. The Kampfers' system combines sports science with practical recovery techniques. Those interested can book a free initial session before the offer ends in early 2026.
