A new dietary supplement factory will open in Siberia's Transbaikal region. FRESH BAD, a local company, plans to produce L-carnitine, collagen with vitamins, and other micronutrients at the Kadalinsky Industrial Park. The project aims to meet rising demand for affordable, high-quality supplements across Siberia and the Far East.

The facility is set to begin full operations by mid-2027. Once running at capacity, it will manufacture over 4,000 units of supplements each year. Sales will focus on retail chains, pharmacies, and distributors in the region.

The project has secured 16.3 million rubles in investment and will create 20 new jobs. Alexey Veslopolov, CEO of FRESH BAD, noted that local demand for accessible, well-made dietary supplements is growing steadily. This development aligns with broader economic activity in the Transbaikal Development Territory. As of March 2026, 12 other companies—including affiliates of Norilsk Nickel and Rosatom—are executing major projects there. Their combined investments exceed 150 billion rubles, targeting gold mining, railway upgrades, and energy infrastructure.

The new plant will strengthen the region's production capabilities while catering to local health product needs. With operations launching by mid-2027, the facility adds to the expanding industrial activity in Transbaikal. The project also contributes to job creation and economic diversification in the area.
