Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, best known for her role in New Jersey, has revealed a stage one cervical cancer diagnosis. The reality TV star shared the news publicly while urging women to prioritise regular Pap smears for early detection.
Polizzi first rose to fame in 2009 as a breakout star of New Jersey. After the show ended in 2015, she continued appearing in spin-offs like Snooki & Jwoww: Moms With Attitude (2015–2017) and Nicole & Jionni's Shore Flip (2016). She also joined New Jersey: Family Vacation and The New Celebrity Apprentice before stepping back to focus on her family.
In her personal life, she married Jionni LaValle in November 2014. The couple have three children: Lorenzo, Giovanna (born September 2014), and Angelo (born by 2020). Now, after 11 years of marriage, she faces a health battle.
Doctors have confirmed her cancer is at an early stage. Following initial treatment, she will likely undergo a hysterectomy. Polizzi has used her platform to stress the importance of routine screenings, hoping to raise awareness among her followers.
The diagnosis comes as Polizzi remains a public figure, balancing family life with her career. Her call for regular Pap smears highlights the need for early medical checks. Treatment is set to begin soon, with a hysterectomy planned as the next step.
